SAMPLE TESTING

A useful recommendation starts with the real material, not a catalogue model. The sample test should show the feed, accepted product, reject stream and any overflow, so the buyer can see both separation and good-product loss.

What to send

Material name, normal product variation, target defects, current cleaning process and expected throughput.

What we record

Feed condition, selected recipe, accepted stream, reject stream, overflow and any good product carried into reject.

What not to assume

Accuracy and capacity should not be treated as fixed promises before the sample and line conditions are reviewed.

What makes a sample test useful

The goal is not to produce a perfect marketing photo. The test should help the buyer decide whether the machine, settings and reject level make sense for the real line.

  • Representative sampleUse the normal variation seen in production, not only the cleanest or easiest material.
  • Three output reviewCheck accepted product, reject product and overflow together, so yield loss is not hidden.
  • Conditions statedRecord feed rate, recipe, pass count and any material preparation before the test.
